Allow Me To Introduce Myself
My name is Amber Hazard, and I am an Atlanta based interior designer specializing in drafting. I work with homeowners, business owners, and other designers to develop clear, coordinated design solutions. My experience spans construction knowledge, design development, and home staging, allowing for both creative vision and technical accuracy. Each project focuses on translating ideas into precise documentation that supports confident execution. The goal is to bring clarity, structure, and direction from concept through completion.
I earned my Associate's degree in Studio Art from Georgia State and my Bachelor's in Interior Design from Georgia Southern University. I am passionate about making a positive impact on our community through thoughtful design, transforming spaces that enhance everyday living.
I am currently in pursuit of my NCIDQ Certification.

I'm currently the Design Team Lead at the Container Store. This next chapter has allowed me to hone in on all of my skills developed over my career, expanding on all my existing knowledge in a fast-paced and growing environment. It's at this time Synergy Spaces expanded to include Interior Design and Interior Drafting. My goal for Synergy Spaces is to be a product of all my skills and expertise I have to offer in the field.
As an Interior Designer at Mosaic Design and Build, I specialized in creating interior construction drawings, cabinet drawings, material selections, and assist in the overall construction process. This opportunity allowed me to learn specific details about the remodeling and design process in residential homes.

My internship journey began at Corporate Studio, where I had the opportunity to assist in designing corporate, healthcare, and residential spaces. I further honed my skills during a post-graduation internship with LeVino Jones, where I contributed to construction drawings, material selections, site measurements, and client meetings.

At Georgia Southern University, I pursued my design degree at a CIDA accredited program, enriching my education with practical experience from my time as a visual merchandiser at Pottery Barn where I worked until late 2020. My background in biology inspires my design approach, emphasizing the importance of wellness and health our everyday environments. This unique blend of experience and education equipped me with a deep understanding of how design can positively our lives.
